As planning and construction continue on Barwon Women’s and Children’s, the project team has welcomed several new staff members who will play an important role in supporting the journey to commissioning and opening.
Recently joining the team as Project Support Officer, Stephanie Tigani will help coordinate project activities, support key workflows and provide administrative support across the project.
The team has also welcomed Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FFE) Officers Lisa Woodmason and Meg Salmetti, who will lead the significant task of planning and coordinating the fit-out of the new facilities. Their work will help ensure the new hospital spaces are equipped to meet the needs of patients, families and staff from day one.
These new appointments strengthen the project team as work continues to deliver this important project for Barwon Health that will support women, children and families across the region for generations to come.
